About Us


Tiffany Hayden began coordinating weddings in college at the University of Texas at Austin when she joined the Texas Belles Event Planning Organization. From there, she interned in New York at Always a Bridesmaid learning how to plan and design the perfect wedding. Upon returning to Austin to complete her Bachelor's degree, she coordinated weddings at the Mansion at Judges' Hill hotel and on her own as Anastasia Bliss Events. Later moving to New York, she was an assistant coordinator with Just About Married. When she moved to Los Angeles in 2014 she began working with Wish Wonder Dream as an assistant and later Principal Coordinator. 

Branching out on her own in LA with nearly a decade of experience, Tiffany is excited to work with couples to create a stress free event! She has fine tuned her coordination skills to create a simple way to finalize the details of any wedding. Specializing in "month of" packages, she works with those who have a knack for DIY and vendor research, but need someone there in the final stages to pull it all together. With a month of coordinator, the finishing touches are up to us so that everyone can enjoy the party!

When not coordinating, Tiffany somehow finds time for a full time career in public relations, holds an executive committee seat at the Sugar & Stilettos Charitable Foundation and runs an Etsy shop! Her and her husband (see their wedding here!) live in Los Angeles with their cat named Cat.

We met Tiffany through a close friend and we’re so thankful we did. She was ‘on it’ from the start. Helping us find / recommend vendors and guiding us through timing and various details of the wedding that we probably would’ve never thought of. We reviewed a detailed final timeline leading up to our wedding and then due to fires in the region, we had to completely change our venue week of. Tiffany was with us every step of the way and we couldn’t have navigated through our difficult week of without her. Despite all the last minute changes, everything ran completely smooth. Even post wedding, we came back to our room and found all our decor, wedding items, gifts, etc. perfectly packed and organized for us. Thanks so much, Tiffany!!

Best investment for your wedding hiring Tiffany!! I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator because I didn’t think there was too much we couldn’t do ourselves to save money. I AM GLAD I CAME TO MY SENSES EARLY!! We hired Tiffany months in advance of the wedding, and she worked very well with us leading up to the wedding. The week of the wedding we had a rain forecast given for our wedding day and had an outdoor ceremony scheduled. Tiffany was hands on and extremely instrumental in finding us an affordable indoor venue next to our reception hall and did so very last minute, luckily. The last minute was our fault but Tiffany found the solution so quick, and we had an unforgettably perfect wedding day!!! Thank you Tiffany!

Tiffany was the saving grace to our wedding! From making sure everything in the venue was setup, every chair had a bow, all of the bridal party was actually getting ready, getting me down the aisle at the right time, and making sure our reception was amazing!!! We had some unfortunate issues with another vendor, and Tiffany took charge and made sure I could stay in the moment, and on the dance floor! Dealing with the other vendor was fairly traumatic, but the fact that I DO have good memories of that night is in no small part due to Tiffany! Leading up to the wedding she listened to all of my nitpicking and bouncing around of ideas. She was patient, thoughtful, and came armed with some amazing ideas of her own that made our wedding even better! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Tiffany did an amazing job as our month-of coordinator. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out. We met with her a month before for a brain-download, and I gave her a LOT of details and things to remember for the day of, and she and her team nailed it. I was especially worried about our waitstaff (which we hired through Host Helpers) because they were basically random people sent to help day-of, and Tiffany managed them beautifully. I didn’t even speak to a Host Helper all day and service was flawless. Highly recommended!

[...] My now husband and I had very specific ideas of what we wanted at our wedding, so we felt we didn’t need a wedding planner, we just wanted a team of professionals to coordinate the wedding and make sure everything went on time. We got the “Month Of” coordination package. Tiffany was our lead coordinator and she was so sweet, genuine, and very accommodating. The timeline we put together with her a few weeks before the wedding was so detailed and thorough, even our other vendors commented on how great it was. [...] When we arrived at the venue, Tiffany and her team were there setting up our decorations and making sure everything was in place. During the wedding Tiffany and her staff kept us on schedule, helped with any issues that came up, and through it all were so happy and enthusiastic. [...] As far as details go, our coordinator Tiffany helped us develop a timeline and went through every single detail of our wedding day hour by hour. We were definitely pleased with this attention to detail and were extremely confident that everything would go according to plan. The big day finally came by and Tiffany and the rest of her team catered to every single one of our needs. I can honestly say everything went according to plan, and if it didn’t, Tiffany made sure to fix the issue immediately. At the end of our day, they helped pack everything into our cars and made sure that everything was accounted for. We wish we could give more than 5 stars as this team truly and honestly deserve it! We had met with a couple of other coordinators but the level of professionalism and knowledge this team carries blows away the rest!
